I had a very favorable experience with Perfect Temperature Control. They replaced an HVAC unit in my condo building in the city. They provided me with a competitive bid up front and kept me informed while the device was being manufactured. During the install they determined that because the new HVAC unit was manufactured to new federal more energy efficient specifications that were not disclosed to them until it arrived, the new unit did not fit well into the space that the old one fit into. Since my space was limited in a condo building in the city, they had to reengineer the fit on site. They spent an extra day having to do this and came up with a great solution, although it required new duct work and plumbing. Nevertheless they honored their original quote and didn't charge me a cent more. I really appreciated the way they took care of me. Their employees are very courteous and great problem solvers. Perfect Temperature has been servicing my HVAC needs since 1998. Their technicians & office team are exceptional! Anytime I've called to make appointments or have questions with the technician they have always been courteous, helpful & fair. This doesn't surprise me as I've spoken with the owner of the company who has often answered calls himself. He has integrity along with compassion in running his business so I believe these principles carry down to his employees.
