HVAC Customer Reviews

Absolutely excellent service! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They did an amazing job repairing our air conditioner with a great sense of urgency during these extremely hot temperatures! We were quoted $11k by another company. Perfect Temperature Control gave us their quote within a couple hours and knew exactly what needed to be done, and most importantly at a fair price! I will be sharing this with everyone I know as it is important to trust who you are working with. Thank you! Read Less

Had a wonderful experience! Everyone I dealt with from people in the office to the guys who installed my furnace were courteous and professional. When installation was done Ryan took the time to explain everything to me and to answer my questions. Great price and great warranty! I’ve already recommended them to a few of my neighbors! Got a new dual fuel heat pump system installed from Perfect Temperature Control and am very happy overall. Sergio, in sales, is very knowledgeable and great to work with. He was willing and able to tailor a bunch of different thing in the design to fit my weird requirements, such as incorporating new, unreleased, beta thermostat I got from work. The installer, Paul, was able to integrate the mystery thermostat and produced a clean install. Next, a friendly and professional technician came back in 6 months to check the refrigerant levels and remounted my thermostat on a new wall plate. Read Less

Perfect Temp replaced 4 mini-split units in my 150 year old house. Original units were installed by ABC and had issues for years and completely died after 8 years. The Perfect Temp install crew were amazing. They were very detailed focus and accommodated all our requests on the line hide and more. They removed all the previous equipment and supply lines and replaced it all. It was an expensive project, but their cost was similar to other quotes I received. I've had the units for 3 months now and I could not be happier with the Mitsubishi units and how the install went. I highly recommend Perfect Temp Control and was very impressed with the quality of work they provided. Read Less

Great Service, reliable and well-priced for over 20 years! Mike from Perfect Temp team did a great job repairing the AC unit. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, installed new thermostat and replaced a shorted-out cable to the unit to which he quickly replaced. They are a gem of company! Read Less
