Update previous review: As multiple discussion with manager Ziggy and our preference, office agreed and sent contractor Vince to our home today. He was working on our boiler heater a couple years ago and brought us very positive impression. Today Vince did excellent job again and all planed works are done and issues are resolved properly. Vince is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and very patient with communication with customers. We are very satisfied with manager’s coordination and Vince’s a work. Now most contractors we experienced before are obviously not well trained on boilers heating system and not specialized on this area. But Vince is really professional and specialized on boilers systems upon our twice working with him. Read Less
