The orchestration and coordination of delivering the new tank as the old one was being removed was extremely efficient! The tech, Mike, who was here at 11am, did a great job. Perfect Temperature is my go-to HVAC service provider. I have been using Perfect Temperature for annual maintenance only on my boiler and A/C, but I had an unexpected boiler repair project last year. I noticed water leak in the basement floor whenever I turn on the boiler last winter, so I called Perfect Temperature to investigate the cause of the issue and solution. Sergio looked into the boiler system in my house and found that it was a leak from a floor pipe connected to the baseboard in the basement. I had other HVAC contractors stopped by for comparing quotes for this project, but Sergio was the only HVAC technician who identified the issue accurately and provided the most efficient solution: rerouting the pipes to the baseboards through the ceiling in the utility room. After he provided the solution, I accepted his proposal because he was literally the only person who knew what was going on. A permit was pulled out and everything moved very smoothly with all the paperwork prepared by the backend office from the Perfect Temperature. Then Perfect Temperate dispatched "two" awesome lead technicians, Kevin and Ryan. These two technicians were just amazing. They completed entire re-routing job on the same day. Inspection was fully approved. I was impressed how all this water leak issue got fixed perfectly and time efficiently. I will continue to use Perfect Temperature for the HVAC matters. I am leaving this review now because I forgot as I did not receive a link to post a review from them. But I still voluntarily leave this review because I am glad whenever I find the best contractors in their own expertise.
